One-Year Warranty

Every product purchased is covered under a 1 year warranty policy by Aurelian Aspect.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from regular use including rips, tears, abrasions, punctures, deterioration of colors, and UV degradation.

Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains that don't affect functionality.

improper use, abuse, negligence, or accident.

Lost or misplaced items. The warranty only covers Aurelian Aspect products only.

Damage from third-party repairs or modifications.

Final sale or refurbishes products or any products purchased secondhand

 

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear, cometic damage (scratches, dents), damage due to misuse, accident, negligence, or unauthorized alterations, products that have been altered or physically changed in anyway.

 

What's Covered

Defective materials, hardware, or construction of the product(s) i.e. stitching or seam defects.
