How Long Is Shipping?

We never want to keep our customers waiting, which is why our free standard shipping is 7-12 days with tracking information available. We also have expedited shipping available which is 3-7 days with tracking information available as well!

Are The Backpacks Waterproof?

Our Backpacks are either waterproof or water resistant. Check the Product description to see if that specific backpack is waterproof or water resistant. 

Can It Fit Underneath A Plane Seat?

The backpacks that we offer can fit underneath a plane seat and in the overhead compartment.

How Can I Clean The Backpack?

To wash the backpack while keeping the integrity of the backpack materials, we recommend to avoid using traditional washing machines and instead use a wet towel and fabric cleaner or upholstery cleaner.
